Proposed Heritage Designation of Bloor West Village

Some of our local residents have nominated the BWV main street buildings to be designated as a Heritage District. If they are successful in being awarded this designation, then you as building owner or business will be held to their guidelines and limited in any future development of your properties. The Residents did not offer to classify their own homes as Heritage buildings.

The meeting is this Thursday. Details are below and please attend.
