Happy New Year!

2020 is a big year for Bloor West Village and the BIA. It is our 50^th Anniversary!

As the first BIA formed in the world, our 50^th Anniversary has a lot of significance to all BIAs and BIDs across the globe. As such we will be constantly involved in media campaigns and City events throughout the year. We are asking for volunteers to join us on various committees to execute our vision for this historic year.

We are looking to form 5 separate committees that will assist the BIA Board in research and execution of approved plans. The five categories are;

1. 50th Anniversary Committee - coordinate with City and TABIA for events
2. Community Building Committee - liasse with BIA members and residents groups
3. Marketing and Social Media Committee - promote BWV and Events
4. Beautification Committee - streetscape, holiday decor
5. Event Committee - event coordination and participation
