CaféTO Update
The city’s beloved outdoor cafe program will be returning for a third year to Bloor West Village in May! A list of approved locations will be coming soon! Our participating “streeteries” elevate the outdoor street dining spaces adding to the community attractiveness, creating a welcoming family-friendly and strollable vibe!
Summerlicious will be back in August!

ABOUT: The City of Toronto’s popular Summerlicious program is returning from August 12 to 28. This year’s program aims to support the recovery and revival of Toronto’s restaurant scene while providing enticing experiences and delectable food that restaurant-goers have come to expect. To support restaurant operators, new for 2022 are this year’s modified features including:
- Free for all eligible restaurants to participate
- Expanded range of price-point categories for 3-course prix fixe Summerlicious menus
- A simplified online application process

BIA Members participate for FREE.
For BIA Members that are out of the festival boundaries or located on side streets, a 10X10 Tent will be provided if you choose to participate. Event is rain or shine!
Event Schedule as follows:
10:00am – 5:00pm: Activities and entertainment
5:00pm – 10:00pm: Artisan market and adult entertainment
Booths:
BIA members must set up their own tables, chairs and tents and any other items required to do business.
Power will not be provided.

New Beautification Initiative in our BIA Neighbourhood!

As our dedicated, part-time cleaner this spring/summer, Keith’s role is
removing those nasty posters, stickers, sweeping and cleaning up the sidewalks of
Bloor West Village BIA to keep our business neighbourhood looking its best.
Please do your part too.
Remember that maintaining your store frontage is a business/property owner’s responsibility.
Make sure your storefront is clear of any debris. First impressions are lasting impressions.
