How to get involved with this year’s Toronto Ukrainian Festival:
1. Become a Vendor on the street of the festival.
Pleaseregister your interest on the Ukrainian Festival website (Vendor Info) and pay associated fees to the festival organizer to have a tent on the street. This is NOT a BIA hosted event.
2. Participate in a BIA Wide Sidewalk Sale that will be promoted as part of the festival on September 16, 17, and 18.You must supply your own tables and set up. Space may be set to your store frontage and inside your premises. Expect LARGE volumes of festival-goers.
Please note this message from Festival organizers: Kiosk/Tent Walls Festival Vendor kiosks/tents can have panels/walls ONLY on the east and west sides. Because shops and businesses on Bloor St. must be visible from the street, no north or south panels/walls can be allowed. North and south sides may not be obstructed by hanging merchandise or large signs. Out of respect for shops and businesses on Bloor St., this rule will be enforced for the duration of the Festival.
3. Enter the Ukrainian Festival Store Window Contest!
Join in the spirit and decorate your store. This year’s theme is all about Sunflowers; the national flower of Ukraine. More info to come!
