Take part in the 1st Holiday Window Display Contest
LAST CHANCE! Confirm your participation asap.
Join in the holiday spirit! Decorate your storefront window and participate in the Bloor West Village BIA’s Holiday Window Display Contest. We currently have 11 businesses participating.
PRIZES:
1st prize: ONE MONTH AD SPACE feature of business owner in the BIA bus transit shelter ad space, valued at over $1,000 (Design cost covered by BIA).
2nd prize: $250 (2 Gift Vouchers of choice to local businesses)
3rd prize: $200 (2 Gift Vouchers of choice to local businesses)

Eachparticipating window will receive an event identifier for your window along with a 60 ft string of white lights to use to enhance your display. Everything else must be provided by participating business.
Window decorating must be completed by Friday, December 2nd at 7:00pm.
Judging takes place onSaturday, December 3rd. Our secret panel of community judges will be making the rounds and selecting the winners. So be sure your windows are bright, well illuminated and festive during that time.
Winners will be announced on the BIA social media channels on Tuesday, December 6th.WE WILL AWARD IN THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES:
1) Best Overall Holiday Display
2) Most whimsical display (colourful, detailed, eye catching)
3) Best Lighting Display
Judging & Awards Criteria: All entries will be judged on the following:
Friday, November 25th, 6pm - 9pm, Light Up The Night
Tree lighting, entertainment with 5 Neat Guys band, and caroling through the village from 6pm-9pm.
First 200 shoppers will receive a reusable BIA branded shopping tote bag!
Saturday, November 26th, 10am - 4pm, Santa in the Village
Free Photos with Santa
Pancake breakfast fundraiser
Holiday crafts for kids and festive entertainment
Other Business:
BIA Member Social Event has been postponed until after the holiday season, in the New Year.
