Window Contest Winners: The holiday spirit is festive and bright this year with so many great window displays. The first part of the contest (judging by our community panel) has concluded, and the results are in! Congratulations to all our winners.
1. First Prize: Best Overall Holiday Display, goes to Snapper's Fish Market! Winner of ONE MONTH AD SPACE feature of Business Owner(s) in the BIA’s transit shelter ad space, valued at over $1000.00! The BIA will be in touch for details to arrange your prize.
2. Second Prize: Most Whimsical Display (colourful, detail, eye-catching). Bucks Hard Goods, Berco & Deluca Orthodontics, and Monarch Paints. The BIA will provide a $100 Gift Voucher to each of the three winners. There were many others close in this category.
3. Third Prize: Best Lighting Display goes to Sutton Realty Group! The BIA will be in touch to award you a $200 Gift Voucher to local businesses.
Remember, the fun isn't over yet! We still have one final prize in the"Community People's Choice Award" category. This is open for voting until Dec. 18th at 6:00pm. The general public will determine the results, with just one winner receiving $200 Gift Vouchers for local businesses. This will not be split. Should there be a tie, we will have one random draw from the stores with the same total number of votes.

Next Up: FREE Shopper’s Pedicab Shuttle this Weekend!
Holiday shopping, lunching and browsing Bloor West Village’s holiday windows is going to get a whole lot more fun this weekend.
Saturday, Dec 10 and Sunday, Dec 11 from 11am - 4pm we will welcome four Pedicab drivers (similar to photo) who will be offering FREE rides to provide shoppers a fun way to move along the BIA from Glendonwynne Rd to Jane St. and back.
Pedicab drivers LOVE what they do and the experience of riding in a pedicab is exotic and fun for passengers from the moment they start moving. Drivers will pedal along, stopping and picking up passengers from various areas.
