Want to take better care of your feet but aren't sure where to start?🕵🏾‍♀️Look no further for some helpful basic foot care tips:

1. Soak your feet 🛁: Foot soaks are great at soothing your muscles, hydrating the skin 🚰, and relaxing sore feet we recommend Gehwol's Bath Salt (with real rosemary oil) or Soft Feet Nourishing Bath

2. Use a foot file 🧽: after soaking your feet use this time to scrub off the dead skin while your feet are softened! 🦶🏽Removing dead skin can prevent callus buildup and prevent your pores from getting clogged (plus, who doesn't want soft feet)

3. Pick a footcream 🧴with good quality ingredients: pick a product that uses ingredients known to help lock in moisture 💧 (ie. Urea) Bonus: products like Gehwol's Fusskrsft Red contains Rosemary oil which has anti-microbial properties)

4. Use a nail oil: don't forget about your nail health! A good quality nail oil 💅🏽will be packed with ingredients that promote elasticity, regeneration, and protects against fungal infection 🦠

5. Wear good slippers: With most of us spending more time at home we may be spending more time in slippers. Good sippers will support and protect your feet. Bonus points if it is anti-slip!
