There’s a reason each of our classes begin and end with Savasana. It is an important part of our practice that helps elevate your mood, balance the nervous system and enhance the benefits of your practice. This workshop is non-heated, open to all-levels and you're welcome to bring (or purchase) an eye-pillow and a journal.
