Dim sum translates to "touching heart". Itis a traditional Cantonese-style cuisine consisting of small dumpling plates and other snack dishes served for breakfast and lunch. Dim sum have a wide variety of dumplings, steamed buns, rice noodle rolls, which are filled with a range of ingredients from ground meats, seafood, vegetables to sweet pastes.
