Modo Yoga is a form of hot yoga combining therapeutic sequencing and variations with the foundations of traditional yoga practice in a heated room. The series is a cardiovascular experience strengthening, toning and loosening muscles while helping to calm the mind, reducing stress.
MYBW offers mainly hot yoga classes with a handful of reduced-heat/room temperature classes to support a balanced practice.
