Dr Val’s Healthy Chocolate 8 oz organic bakers chocolate unsweetened ¼ cup coconut oil or cocoa butter 1 Tbsp protein powder (optional) 1/8 tsp cinnamon and cardamom natural salt to taste xylitol to taste Combine above ingredients in a sauce pan. Heat on medium low, stir whole time. Once melted remove from heat, add protein powder if desired, poor into pie tin and place in freezer. Serve as desired once cooled. Dr. Val’s Healthy Brain Granola 5 cups Quinoa flakes 3 cups toasted Buckwheat/Kasha 1 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut (optional) 1/4 cup chia seeds or black sesame seeds 2/3 cup pumpkin seeds 2/3 cup sunflower seeds 1/4 cup coconut flour 1 cup water 1/2 cup brown rice syrup or xylitol (or less depending on desired sweetness) 1 tsp vanilla bean powder 1/2 inch fresh ginger - peeled 1/4 cup coconut oil/coconut butter 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp cardamom 1.
